RED LIPS

I adore this look and admire all who can pull it off. The contrast of the black and white stripes with the red is stunning and sexy. I used to think that fair toned people should never wear red lipstick bc it washes them out, but the girl in this picture definitely can pull it off! I think I'll have to try this for the holidays! Any suggestions on a fab red lipstick?
